In addition to our instant local and global shipping options at checkout, we provide the opportunity to request specialized shipping quotes when needed. These custom quotes are processed manually and charged separately from your checkout total.

We also offer a convenient "Stockpile" feature. This allows you to quickly checkout great stock without calculating shipping each time. Many customers build up multiple orders and then request a consolidated shipping quote to have everything sent together. Remember, this bundled service is a custom, manual quote that is billed separately.

Although some options on our site might show "FREE" shipping, this only applies when you choose in-person collection—that’s the only truly free fulfillment method.

You’ll find accurate shipping rates for both South Africa and worldwide, calculated based on your basket’s contents during checkout. Check the bottom of your basket page for a real-time shipping quote, and see your current basket weight displayed at the top. If you need your order shipped immediately, you can opt for UPS Express Air, which delivers door-to-door in 7–14 days. Please note that any clearance fees, duties, or taxes incurred when importing goods into your country are your responsibility.

Worldwide Shipping Rates (January 2026)

Shipping estimates are based on your basket's total weight and are calculated according to UPS zones (Zones 1–6). These rates are for guidance only and are determined at checkout:

• Up to 2.5 kg: Approximately R1,200 (Zone 1) to R1,800 (Zone 6)
• 2.5 kg to 5 kg: Approximately R1,400 (Zone 1) to R2,250 (Zone 6)
• 6 kg to 10 kg: Approximately R2,250 (Zone 1) to R3,400 (Zone 6)
• 10 kg to 15 kg: Approximately R2,950 (Zone 1) to R4,250 (Zone 6)
• 15 kg to 20 kg: Approximately R3,300 (Zone 1) to R4,800 (Zone 6)
• 20 kg to 24 kg: Approximately R3,900 (Zone 1) to R5,550 (Zone 6)
• 24 kg to 30 kg: Approximately R4,650 (Zone 1) to R6,650 (Zone 6)

For orders exceeding 20 kg of actual goods, shipping costs increase substantially. We recommend splitting your order into multiple shipments to take advantage of our optimal rates, or contacting us to discuss large shipment arrangements and alternative shipping options.

Note: Zone 7 (outlying areas) rates are available live at checkout and are approximately 50% higher than Zone 6 rates.
